The veins of our home.

As we near completion of framing, we look forward to the internal systems of our home: the water, power, air and the skin of our home are so important and quite complex. We begin with the skin, this is our windows and the blue weather barrier we put under our siding, then we cover it with siding. Next we will move into the home and begin running the electrical lines and plumbing.

Lastly, we have the air. In our home, we have chosen and HRV system that constantly brings in new fresh exterior air and steals the heat from the old stale interior air, gives it to the new fresh air all while filtering the air coming in making our home fresh, clean and warm.

Windows are getting installed by Sierra Pacific

Living in PNW is crucial to be exposed to as much of natural light possible. We do believe, there is no place more beautiful than summertime in PNW, but winters can be quite long and dark. Large windows from floor to ceiling is the way to go. Every window also frames, forever changing, Mother Natures masterpieces for us to enjoy.

As you can imagine, installing this scale is a pain in the… , so we are grateful for professional assistance from Sierra Pacific and Phil Martini.
